Career

It may be a cliché, but in a business like ours, it really is all about the people. In a short space of time, we’ve grown rapidly to become a company that employs over 100 people representing over 15 different nationalities in four different locations. And we’re still growing.

What’s it like to work at Solactive?

Aside from the competitive salary and additional work benefits, it’s the less tangible stuff that our people tell us they appreciate most at Solactive. Things like work drinks and BBQs, flat hierarchies, cool offices – yes, we have dart boards and music speakers.

Most of all, it’s the feeling of being part of an organization that’s growing, innovating and adding real value.

Who do we look for?

Who do we look for?

In a company that has grown so fast, and continues to do so, adapting to change is a crucial skill. Even more than any technical skills and experience you have, it’s your drive, passion, willingness to collaborate and take on new responsibilities that’s important to us. As we’re an international company, most roles require good English communication skills as well.
