Delisting | PANASONIC HOLDINGS CORP-ADR | 28th March 2024

On February 27, 2024, JPMorgan Chase Bank, the depositary bank, announced the termination of the PANASONIC HOLDINGS CORP-ADR deposit agreement. The termination will be effective March 28, 2024. There has been no announcement by the depositary bank regarding the continuation of an unsponsored ADR program. As such, PANASONIC HOLDINGS CORP-ADR will be removed from the indices effective March 28, 2024.

• PANASONIC HOLDINGS CORP-ADR will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of PANASONIC HOLDINGS CORP-ADR (PCRFY.PK) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 28/03/2024
