Delisting | WNS HOLDINGS LTD | 28th March 2024

Initially announced on February 26, 2024 that Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas (the Depositary) will terminate the Deposit Agreement of WNS HOLDINGS LTD, and the termination will take effect on market close of March 27, 2024. Under the DR terms, the holders have until September 27, 2024 to surrender their DSs for cancellation and take delivery of the underlying common shares. After September 30, 2024, the Depositary will sell the underlying securities and the DSs may hold uninvested the net proceeds of the sale without interest. The company is seeking to move its common share to be listed and traded on NYSE, effective on March 28, 2024 under the symbol of WNS. Due to the default option to receive cash proceeds from the termination, in addition to the underlying common shares moving from India to the United States, WNS HOLDINGS LTD will be removed from the indices effective March 28, 2024 (open).

• WNS HOLDINGS LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of WNS HOLDINGS LTD (WNS.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
