Due to the delisting of NEW YORK REIT INC from the New York Stock Exchange, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

Solactive US Small Cap Index
Solactive US Small & Mid Cap Index
Solactive US Broad Market Index
Solactive US Extended Broad Market Index
Inspire Small/Mid Cap Impact Equal Weight Index

• NEW YORK REIT INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of NEW YORK REIT INC based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/05/2018.
