Acquisition | COM HEM HOLDING AB | 2nd November 2018

Due to the acquisition of COM HEM HOLDING AB by TELE2 AB, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

Solactive Developed ex US Minimum Downside Volatility

Solactive Nordic 150 Index

  • COM HEM HOLDING AB will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of TELE2 AB will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 11/02/2018.
