Acquisition | VINDA INTERNATIONAL HLDGS LTD ORD | 28th March 2024

On December 15, 2023 ISOLA CASTLE LTD announced a voluntary conditional cash offer for VINDA INTERNATIONAL HLDGS LTD ORD for HKD 23.5 per share. The Offer will remain open for acceptance until April 2, 2024. On March 11, 2024 all of the Conditions to the Offer have been fulfilled and the Offer has become unconditional in all respects. On March 22, 2024 the offeror controlled approximately 91.14 of the issued share capital of VINDA INTERNATIONAL HLDGS LTD ORD. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove VINDA INTERNATIONAL HLDGS LTD ORD from the indices on March 28, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• VINDA INTERNATIONAL HLDGS LTD ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of VINDA INTERNATIONAL HLDGS LTD ORD (3331.HK) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 28/03/2024
