Acquisition | SHIDAX CORP | 18th March 2024

On November 10, 2023 Shida Holdings Corporation announced the acquisition of Shidax Corp for JPY 800 per share. Following the end of the tender period, the offeror acquired 81.43 percent of the share capital of Shidax Corp. Following the successful tender offer, Shidax Corp is expected to be delisted from JPX effective March 18, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SHIDAX CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SHIDAX CORP (4837.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/03/2024
