Delisting | CYTEIR THERAPEUTICS INC | 18th March 2024

On March 7, 2024, CYTEIR THERAPEUTICS INC announced it had formally notified the Nasdaq Stock Market of its intent to delist the Company’s common stock from the exchange. CYTEIR plans to file a Form 25 on March 18, 2024 and requested the Nasdaq to suspend trading in the Company’s shares prior to open on the same day. CYTEIR does not expect that a trading market will develop for its common stock following suspension of trading on Nasdaq. As such, Solactive will remove CYTEIR THERAPEUTICS INC from the indices effective March 18, 2024 (open).

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CYTEIR THERAPEUTICS INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CYTEIR THERAPEUTICS INC (CYT.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/03/2024
