Acquisition | LAR ESPANA REAL ESTATE SOCIMI SA | 27th December 2024

On July 12, 2024 Helios RE and a consortium of companies launched a tender offer to acquire entire share capital of LAR ESPANA REAL ESTATE SOCIMI SA. Each shareholder of LAR ESPANA REAL ESTATE SOCIMI SA will receive EUR 8.3 in cash for every share held. The tender offer expired on December 16, 2024. Based on the results announced on December 20, 2024 the offeror received acceptances of 91.29 percent of the shares to which the bid was effectively addressed and 82.02 percent of the share capital of LAR ESPANA REAL ESTATE SOCIMI SA, excluding the immobilized shares that represent 10.15 percent. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove LAR ESPANA REAL ESTATE SOCIMI SA giving 2 business days notice. The effective date of removal is December 27, 2024 considering the exchange holidays.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• LAR ESPANA REAL ESTATE SOCIMI SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of LAR ESPANA REAL ESTATE SOCIMI SA (LRES.MC) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 27/12/2024
