Acquisition | I-PEX INC | 25th December 2024

On 7 November 2024, UDON INC announced that it would acquire the common shares of I-PEX INC through a tender offer. Each I-PEX INC shareholder would receive JPY 2950 in cash for every share held. On 19 December 2024, the tender offer result was announced with UDON INC controlling 91.13% of the share capital of I-PEX INC. As the free float has dropped below 15 percent, Solactive will remove I-PEX INC from the indices on 25 December 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• I-PEX INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of I-PEX INC (6640.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 25/12/2024
