[UPDATE] Ordinary Index Rebalancing in the Solactive Equal Weight Canada Utilities Index | September 2020

Solactive has decided to update the previously announced composition of the Solactive Equal Weight Canada Utilities Index (the “Index”) that will come into effect as of close of business 18 September 2020 (effective open 21 September 2020).

Upon further investigation of the situation the BROOKFIELD INFRASTRUCTURE CORP CLASS A EXCHANGEABLE SUBORDINATE VOTING SHARES (ISIN: CA11275Q1072)(the “Instrument”) will not be a part of the new composition, due to the nature of the instrument and to ensure an adequate and not excessive exposure to Brookfield Infrastructure company in the equally weighted index.

In the updated ordinary rebalance the following composition will be implemented effective open 21.09.2020:
