UPDATE | Ordinary Index Rebalancing in the Cannabis Index | February 2021
Dear Stakeholders,
Solactive AG hast determined to publish an update on the previously announced Selection candidates (4th of February) for the upcoming Rebalance on 12th of February (effective open 16th of February).
The company HIGH TIDE INC will be excluded from the Selection universe since it could not be verified that its subsidiary Grasscity is in full compliance with federal law since the impression of the potential sale of drug paraphernalia cannot be rejected. This leads to a potential conflict with applicable laws and regulations
Therefore, in the ordinary rebalance the following composition will be implemented effective open 16.02.2021:
