Unscheduled Rebalancing Triggered Due to DTW Breach (SOOFESM)

Silver exceeded the Daily Tracking Weight (DTW) threshold on December 23rd, 2025.

In accordance with the index guidelines, if the Daily Tracking Weight of any index component exceeds the DTW threshold, an Unscheduled Rebalancing is triggered.

The Rebalance Period associated with this Unscheduled Rebalancing begins on the Calculation Day immediately following the day on which the threshold breach occurred. Accordingly, since the DTW threshold was exceeded on December 23rd, 2025, the rebalance period will commence on December 24th, 2025.

No Unscheduled Rebalancing is initiated if the relevant Calculation Day falls within an existing Rebalancing Period. This condition does not apply in this case, as the next scheduled rebalancing period runs from December 31st, 2025, to January 14th, 2026.

The Unscheduled Rebalancing will therefore take place from December 24th, 2025, through January 9th, 2026, spanning 10 Calculation Days, and will be executed using the 2025 index weights.

The next scheduled rebalancing following this event will occur in March 2026, using the 2026 index weights.
