Roger-Marc is Chief of Staff at Solactive. Before joining the company in 2019, he worked at DWS as Managing Director and Global COO of the firm’s passive business unit, at Barclays Capital as Global Head of Client Strategy, and at Booz Allen Hamilton as Principal in the financial services practice.

Roger-Marc holds an MSc from the University of Brussels and an MBA from the Wharton School.
