Stock Distribution | CENTRAL GARDEN & PET CO | 12th February 2024

CENTRAL GARDEN & PET CO has confirmed the Stock Distribution of CENTRAL GARDEN AND PET CO-A stock with a ratio of 0.25. The ex-date has been set as February 9, 2024. GARDEN AND PET CO-A will also conduct stock dividend of 25% on ex date of February 9, 2024. In order to apply index changes in a manner that can be correctly replicated to our indices, Solactive will implement the stock dividend on February 9, 2024 while the spin off event will be applied on February 12, 2024.
