Stock Distribution | CEMENTOS ARGOS SA | 10th July 2025

On January 31, 2025, CEMENTOS ARGOS SA, GRUPO ARGOS SA, and GRUPO DE INVERSIONES SURAMERICANA SA (GRUPO SURA) announced a spin-off project. Under the terms of the project, CEMENTOS ARGOS SA shareholders will receive 0.022005198744807 shares of GRUPO SURA per each share held as of the record date, July 8, 2025. The ex-date for the spin-off has been confirmed as July 9, 2025. CEMENTOS ARGOS SA has been suspended since July 7, 2025, and will begin trading once the CEMENTOS ARGOS SA spin-off book entries are made. Solactive will apply the spin-off effective July 10, 2025 (open). CEMENTOS ARGOS SA will hold a theoretical price (based on GRUPO SURA’s price, adjusted for the exchange ratio) until the suspension is lifted.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company GRUPO DE INVERSIONES SURAMERICANA SA will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 10/07/2025
