Spin Off | UNILEVER PLC | 8th December 2025

On March 19, 2024 UNILEVER PLC announced a proposal to separate UNILEVER Ice Cream Business to form The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V, in which UNILEVER PLC shareholders will receive one share of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V for every five UNILEVER PLC shares held. On October 21, 2025 UNILEVER PLC announced a revision to the timetable of the demerger as a result of the ongoing US federal government shutdown. Following the announcement on November 6, 2025, the ex-date for the spin-off of The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. has been revised to December 8, 2025. On December 3, 2025 The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V. confirms that its prospectus in relation to the admission of TMICC ordinary shares to Euronext Amsterdam, London Stock Exchange has been approved by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets. The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V (TMICC) will start trading on each of Euronext Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange on December 8, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company The Magnum Ice Cream Company N.V will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 08/12/2025
