Spin Off | TRANSACTION CAPITAL LTD | 11th April 2024

On January 30, 2024, TRANSACTION CAPITAL LTD announced its intention to unbundle shares of WEBUYCARS LTD and its separate listing on Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Each shareholder of TRANSACTION CAPITAL LTD will receive 0.32678 shares in WEBUYCARS LTD for every share held. WEBUYCARS LTD shares is expected to commence trading on Johannesburg Stock Exchange on April 11, 2024. The effective date for the spin off is April 11, 2024.

• The spin-off company WEBUYCARS LTD will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
