Initially announced on 19 September 2023, SK D&D CO LTD will distribute shares of SK ETERNIX CO LTD to its shareholders. Shareholders will receive 1 share of SK ETERNIX CO LTD for every 4.3408 shares of SK D&D CO LTD held. The ex-date has been confirmed as 29 March 2024. SK ETERNIX CO LTD is expected to start trading on the KRX on or about 29 March 2024.
