Due to the spin off by SANOFI-ADR, the following Indices will be adjusted:

• The spin-off will be treated as a special cash distribution for SANOFI-ADR, based on the open price of EUROAPI on the effective date – adjusted for the transaction terms and no withholding tax applied.
