Spin Off | POLISAN HOLDING AS | 17th September 2025

Solactive AG notes the announcement made by POLISAN HOLDING AS on September 16, 2025 in regards to partial spin-off transaction whereby the shareholders of POLISAN HOLDING AS will receive 3.97663305207647 shares of MARMARA HOLDING for every share held in POLISAN HOLDING AS. Prior to spin off POLISAN HOLDING AS will also undergo a consolidation (0.200939067:1) effective September 16, 2025. The effective date of the spin off event is September 16, 2025. Solactive AG will implement the event adhoc effective September 17, 2025 which is the payment date. Please note open files for September 17, 2025 will be restated to reflect the new index composition.
