Spin Off | LIBERTY BROADBAND A | 15th July 2025

On June 20, 2025, LIBERTY BROADBAND CORP announced a spin-off of its subsidiary GCI LIBERTY INC. Shareholders of LIBERTY BROADBAND A will receive 0.2 of a share of GCI LIBERTY INC CLASS A per each share held on the record date. The distribution ex-date has been announced as July 15, 2025.
