Spin Off | LASSILA & TIKANOJA OYJ | 2nd January 2026

On December 18, 2025 the board of directors of LASSILA & TIKANOJA OYJ announced a demerger. According to the demerger plan each shareholder of LASSILA & TIKANOJA OYJ will receive one share in the new LASSILA & TIKANOJA PLC. Post the demerger current LASSILA & TIKANOJA OYJ will be renamed to Luotea Plc. The demerger is expected to be completed on January 2, 2026.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company LASSILA & TIKANOJA PLC will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 02/01/2026
