Spin Off | DELTA LITHIUM LTD | 3rd July 2025

On May 15, 2025 DELTA LITHIUM LTD announced the demerger of BALLARD MINING LIMITED into a new standalone ASX listed company. DELTA LITHIUM LTD shareholders are expected to receive one BALLARD MINING LIMITED share for every 11.25 shares in DELTA LITHIUM LTD held. DELTA LITHIUM LTD shareholders approved the demerger at a meeting held on June 30, 2025. The record date for the in-specie distribution is set on July 4, 2025. The ex date for the in-specie distribution is set on July 3, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company BALLARD MINING LIMITED will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 03/07/2025
