Spin Off | AMSC ASA | 7th May 2025

On April 1, 2025 AMSC ASA announced distribution of shares in SOLSTAD MARITIME HOLDING AS. Each shareholder of AMSC ASA would receive 1.272 shares of SOLSTAD MARITIME HOLDING AS for every share held. The distribution is conditional upon necessary approvals by Euronext Oslo Bors related to listing of SOLSTAD MARITIME HOLDING AS. The shares in SOLSTAD MARITIME HOLDING AS are expected to be tradable on Euronext Oslo immediately upon delivery on the payment date which is May 16, 2025. The effective date of the spin off is expected to be May 7, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company SOLSTAD MARITIME HOLDING AS will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 07/05/2025
