Spin Off | AGILITY | 16th April 2024

AGILITY (AGLT.KW) announced demerger of AGILITY GLOBAL from AGILITY (AGLT.KW). Shareholders will receive two shares in Agility Global for every one share held in AGILITY (AGLT.KW). Agility Global will be incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and will list on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. The effective date of the distribution is April 16, 2024. Agility Global is not expected to trade on ex-date. Agility Global is expected to commence trading on the Abu Dhabi Stock exchange on May 2, 2024. The ECA treatment will be applied on the effective date April 16, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company AGILITY GLOBAL will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 16/04/2024
