Solactive Equity Index Methodology Update | Effective Date: 18 August 2023

Solactive AG has conducted a periodic review of the Equity Index Methodology Guideline, several enhancements to the text have been implemented on the section 2.1 Corporate Actions, 2.1.10 Bankruptcy / Insolvency / Liquidation section and 2.1.10.1 Adjustment of Bankruptcy / Insolvency. Also section 2.1.12 regarding Announcements of Corporate Action Adjustments has been added. The updated Solactive Equity Index Methodology becomes effective with the publication on the Solactive website on 18 August 2023.
