Due to the redemption of ROYAL BANK OF CANADA 4.9 % NON CUM FIRST PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES W, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• ROYAL BANK OF CANADA 4.9 % NON CUM FIRST PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES W will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ROYAL BANK OF CANADA 4.9 % NON CUM FIRST PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES W (RY_pw.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
