On September 20, 2023, JUNIPER II CORP determined to redeem all of its outstanding shares of Class A common stock at an exercise price of USD 11.50 per share, with such redemption anticipated to be effective as of October 10, 2023, because the Company will not consummate a business transaction within the time period required.
