Due to the redemption of COMMONWEALTH BANK OF AUSTRALIA CAPITAL NOTES 2017-WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY MAN.CONV., the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• COMMONWEALTH BANK OF AUSTRALIA CAPITAL NOTES 2017-WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY MAN.CONV. will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of COMMONWEALTH BANK OF AUSTRALIA CAPITAL NOTES 2017-WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY MAN.CONV. (CBAPF.AX) based on deal terms will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
