Redemption | CANADIAN IMPERIAL BANK OF COMMERCE NON-CUM PFD CLASS A SERIES 39 | 1st August 2024

On June 20, 2024 CANADIAN IMPERIAL BANK OF COMMERCE NON-CUM PFD CLASS A SERIES 39 announced its intention to redeem all of its issued and outstanding Non-cumulative Rate Reset Class A Preferred Shares Series 39.The redemption will occur on July 31, 2024. The redemption price is CAD 25.00 per Series 39 share.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• CANADIAN IMPERIAL BANK OF COMMERCE NON-CUM PFD CLASS A SERIES 39 will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CANADIAN IMPERIAL BANK OF COMMERCE NON-CUM PFD CLASS A SERIES 39 (CM_po.TO) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 01/08/2024
