Redemption | C5 ACQUISITION CORP-A | 24th October 2023

On October 10, 2023, C5 ACQUISITION CORP-A terminated its previously disclosed letter of intent with respect to a business combination, and has notified Continental Stock Transfer and Trust company that it is liquidating its Trust Account effective as of the close of business on October 10, 2023 and will proceed with the redemption of all of its public shares at a redemption price of approximately USD 10.70 per share. The last day that the Company’s securities will trade on the New York Stock Exchange is expected to be October 23, 2023. As of October 24, 2023, the public shares will be deemed cancelled and will represent only the right to receive the Redemption Amount.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• C5 ACQUISITION CORP-A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of C5 ACQUISITION CORP-A (CXAC.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 24/10/2023
