Redemption | AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND BANKING GROUP LTD (NO MIN.) CAPITAL NOTES 2016- FLOATING RATE MAN.CONV WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY | 12th March 2024

AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND BANKING GROUP announced on February 14, 2024, the redemption of outstanding ANZ Capital Notes 4. The last trading day has been March 6, the redemption amount will be AUD 100. By providing two days of notice, the instrument will be removed from the indices effective March 12, 2024. The final distribution to ANZ Capital Notes 4 holders of AUD 1.8227 was considered separately effective March 7, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND BANKING GROUP LTD (NO MIN.) CAPITAL NOTES 2016- FLOATING RATE MAN.CONV WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY (AN3PG) will be removed from the index.
• The weight of AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND BANKING GROUP LTD (NO MIN.) CAPITAL NOTES 2016- FLOATING RATE MAN.CONV WITHOUT FIXED MATURITY (AN3PG) based on the Deal Terms will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
