Redemption | AIR LEASE CORPORATION CUM PERP PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES A | 17th October 2024

On September 17, 2024, AIR LEASE CORPORATION issued a notice of redemption for all of its outstanding Series A Preferred Stock, with a redemption date of October 17, 2024. The Series A Preferred Stock will be redeemed at a redemption price of USD 25.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• AIR LEASE CORPORATION CUM PERP PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES A will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of AIR LEASE CORPORATION CUM PERP PFD REGISTERED SHS SERIES A (AL_pa.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
