Today, on the 30th of September 2019, Solactive announces the following one off criteria relaxation to the methodology of the following Indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for one off methodology change

Solactive intends to assure that the minimum number of constituents being included in the selection process. Due to the rapidly changing MLP space, this cannot be guaranteed with the current Market Capitalization criteria. Therefore, the criteria will be relaxed for the upcoming selection, which will take place close of business September 30, 2019.
