One off Methodology Change (criteria relaxation) | Solactive MLP Composite Indices | Effective Date 30 March 2020

Today, on March 27, 2020, Solactive announces the following one off criteria relaxation to the methodology of the following Indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for one off methodology change

Solactive intends to ensure that the minimum number of index components are being selected in a rapidly changing MLP space. Due to the current stock market situation, this cannot be guaranteed with the current Market Capitalization criteria. Therefore, the minimum Free Float Market Capitalization is relaxed as per section 2.1 of the Index Guideline of the Affected Indices.

One off change to the Index Guideline

The committee has decided to add the following successors:

• BP MIDSTREAM PAR
• GENESIS ENERGY
• CRESTWOOD EQUITY
