Methodology change | US Marijuana Companies Index | Effective Date 16/08/2019

Today, on the 16^th August 2019, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following Index (the ‘Affected Index‘):

Rationale for methodology change
In order to reflect the timeframe mentioned in the Index Guideline (“9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., EST”) in the current calculation timeframe (5:00am to 4:50pm, EST), Solactive has determined that the followings changes will be made to the Index Guideline.

Changes to the Index Guideline
The following changes are made in second paragraph of 1.4 Prices and calculation frequency

From:
The Index is calculated every Business Day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., EST.
To:
The Index is calculated every Business Day from 9:30am to 4:50pm, EST.

Defined terms used in this announcement, but not defined herein, have the meaning assigned to them in the respective index guideline of the Affected Index.
