Methodology Change | Solactive Japan Leisure & Entertainment Index | Effective Date April 1, 2022

Today, on the 23rd of March 2022, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following index/indices (the ‘Affected Index/Indices’):

Rationale for Methodology Change

Due to the restructuring of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on April 1, 2022, the JASDAQ Securities Exchange will be eliminated. Therefore, the JASDAQ Securities Exchange will be eliminated from the list of eligible exchanges reflected in the methodology.

Changes to the Index Guideline

From (Old Wording):

a) Security is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange or JASDAQ Securities Exchange and it has its
incorporation in Japan. American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) of any company are not eligible.
