Today, on the 30/06/2022, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following Indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for Methodology Change
The Affected Indices intend to measure the performance of an investable universe of publicly-traded global companies active or expected to be active in the field of cloud computing, such as service providers or producers of equipment or software focused on cloud computing. In order to further enhance the replicability of the index by removing additional layers of complexity, the Shanghai Exchange will be removed from the eligible exchanges as the exchange notification requires a 4 weeks’ notice period . Solactive has determined to implement the following change to the index guideline :

The following Methodology change will be implemented in the following point of the Index Guideline (ordered in accordance with the numbering of the affected section):
- Section: 2.1. INDEX UNIVERSE REQUIREMENTS

b) Primary listing in one of the countries that are part of the Developed and Emerging Markets as defined by the Solactive Country Classification (see https://www.solactive.com/documents/?). Stocks which are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange or the Shenzhen Stock Exchange are traded via the Stock Connect.
c) Share Class Market Capitalization of at least USD 100 million for companies on the respective Selection Day.
d) A minimum Average Daily Value Traded of at least USD 2 million over 3-months prior to and including the Selection Day.
