Today, on the 15/08/2025, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for Methodology Change
The Selection of GPR General Index Family is being taken over by Solactive AG. The proposed changes are to introduce the takeover as well as to align rebalancing frequency with other Solactive indices. The proposed changes also intend to improve the investability of the indices by increasing inclusion threshold to filter out less liquid and smaller securities.
Changes to the Index Guideline
The following Methodology changes will be implemented in the following points of the Index Guideline (ordered in accordance with the numbering of the affected sections):
Section 1.1 Scope of The Index

The Indices are adjusted monthly
To:
The Indices are adjusted quarterly in March, June, September, and December
Section 2.1 Index Universe Requirements
From:
- All companies on a Selection Day that fulfill all of the following criteria:
- Eligible Security Types: common stock, preferred stock, real estate investment trust [REIT], stapled security, saving share, American depository receipt [ADR] and comparable depository receipts, tracking stock, royalty trust, unit.
- Foreign investment limitations: no foreign ownership limit applies.
- The most recent annual report is available in English.
To:
- Member of the initial universe of the Data Provider based on its proprietary real estate research.
- Eligible Security Types: common stock, real estate investment trust [REIT], stapled security, unit.
- Companies are included for which at least 75% of operational turnover is derived from investment activities (property investment companies) or investment and development activities combined (hybrid property companies). In the latter case at least 25% of operational turnover needs to be derived from investment activities.
- Companies are assigned one of the following sector classifications: office, residential, retail, industrial, healthcare, hotel, or diversified property.
- Foreign investment limitations: no foreign ownership limit applies for securities from Emerging World Countries as defined by Solactive Country Classification Framework
- The most recent annual report is available in English.

The Index Administrator has outsourced the determination of the Index Universe to the Selection Party. Such outsourcing has been made in accordance with the requirements of the BMR (Article 10 BMR).
The determination of the Index Universe is fully rule-based and the Selection Party cannot make any discretionary decisions.

The determination of the Index Universe is fully rule-based and the Index Administrator cannot make any discretionary decisions.
Additionally, any reference of the Selection Party is replaced with Index Administrator across the guideline.
Section 2.2 Selection of The Index Components

The selection of stocks included in the GPR General Index and GPR General Index sub-indices shall be adjusted monthly. The following steps are applied:
- Potential new Index Components are excluded if:
- Market Capitalization is not above USD 50 million for two consecutive months,
- Free Float is below 15%,
- less than 25% of operational turnover is derived from rental income, or
- less than 75% of operational turnover is derived from rental income and development activities combined.

The initial composition of the Index as well as any selection for an ordinary rebalance is determined on the Selection Day in accordance with the following rules
- A minimum daily Market Capitalization of USD 50,000,000 over the preceding 3-month period prior to the Selection Day.
- Index Components require a Free Float percentage of at least 15%.
- Index Components must have less than 10 Non-Trading Days over the preceding 3-month period prior to the Selection Day.
- Index Components need more than 25% of Operational Turnover deriving from Rental Income OR more than 75% of Operational Turnover deriving from Rental Income and Development Activities as defined by the Data Provider
