Due to the merger of ZCL COMPOSITES INC with SHAWCOR LTD, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

Solactive Canadian Midstream Oil & Gas Index

• ZCL COMPOSITES INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ZCL COMPOSITES INC based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/02/2019.
