Merger | UJJIVAN FINANCIAL SERVICES L & UJJIVAN SMALL FINANCE BANK L | 6th May 2024

On October 14, 2022 the Board of Directors of UJJIVAN FINANCIAL SERVICES approved the scheme of amalgamation between UJJIVAN FINANCIAL SERVICES and UJJIVAN SMALL FINANCE BANK. Each shareholder of UJJIVAN FINANCIAL SERVICES will receive 11.6 shares of UJJIVAN SMALL FINANCE BANK for every share held. The Scheme was sanctioned by NCLT on April 29, 2024. The effective date of the scheme is effective on May 3, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• UJJIVAN FINANCIAL SERVICES L will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of UJJIVAN SMALL FINANCE BANK L (UJJI.NS) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 06/05/2024
