Merger | SHYFT GROUP INC & AEBI SCHMIDT GROUP | 1st July 2025

The shareholders of SHYFT GROUP INC approved its merger with AEBI SCHMIDT on June 17, 2025. At the effective time of the transaction, each share of SHYFT GROUP INC will be automatically converted into 1.040166432 shares of the combined, newly listed company, AEBI SCHMIDT GROUP. The transaction is expected to be completed on July 1, 2025. AEBI SCHMIDT GROUP will be traded on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the symbol AEBI, effective July 1, 2025.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SHYFT GROUP INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of AEBI SCHMIDT GROUP (AEBI.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 01/07/2025
