Due to the merger of SELECT BANCORP INC and FIRST BANCORP/NC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• SELECT BANCORP INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of FIRST BANCORP/NC (FBNC.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
