Merger | PIMCO MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND & PIMCO MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND II | 7th August 2025

Initially announced on April 4, 2025 PIMCO MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND II made a stock offer for PIMCO MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND. PIMCO MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND shareholders approved the Merger on June 27, 2025. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Merger is expected to be completed on August 4, 2025. Trading in shares of PIMCO MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND is expected to be halted effective August 4, 2025. Final merger ratio is 1.072540 PIMCO MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND II shares for every share held in PIMCO MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PIMCO MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of PIMCO MUNICIPAL INCOME FUND II (PML.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
