Merger | PIEDMONT LITHIUM INC & SAYONA MINING LTD ADR | 3rd September 2025

Initially announced on November 19, 2024, PIEDMONT LITHIUM INC is merging with and into SAYONA MINING LTD, with a stock term that PIEDMONT shareholders will receive 0.35133 SAYONA MINING LTD ADR per PIEDMONT share held. SAYONA MINING LTD will change its name to ELEVRA LITHIUM LTD, and its ADR will start trading on Nasdaq under the ticker ELVR on September 2, 2025 (open). The merger was approved on August 22, 2025, on the shareholder meeting. And PIEDMONT will be delisted from the stock exchange effective on September 2, 2025 (open). In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• PIEDMONT LITHIUM INC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of SAYONA MINING LTD ADR (ELVRDummy.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 03/09/2025
