Due to the merger of NATIONAL PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY SJSC and SAUDI INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENT GROUP SJSC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• NATIONAL PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY SJSC will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of SAUDI INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENT GROUP SJSC (2250.SE) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 12/04/2022
