Due to the merger of HomeTown Bankshares Corp with AMER NATL BNKSHS/DANVILLE VA , the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

Solactive US Extended Broad Market Index

  • HOMETOWN BANKSHARES CORP will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of AMER NATL BNKSHS/DANVILLE VA will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • Effective Date (open): 04/01/2019.
