Merger | GOLDEN OCEAN GROUP LTD & CMB TECH | 21st August 2025

On May 28, 2025 GOLDEN OCEAN GROUP LTD and CMB TECH announced merger of GOLDEN OCEAN GROUP LTD with CMB TECH. Each shareholder of Golden Ocean Group Limited will receive 0.95 shares in CMB TECH for every share held. Subject to a positive outcome of the GOLDEN OCEAN GROUP LTD shareholder meeting expected to take place on August 19,2025 the last trading date in shares of GOLDEN OCEAN GROUP LTD is expected to be August 19,2025. In the absence of an active market, the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• GOLDEN OCEAN GROUP LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of GOLDEN OCEAN GROUP LTD (GOGL.OL) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 21/08/2025
