Due to the Merger of ENLINK MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP  with  ENLINK MIDSTREAM LLC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

For

Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP Index

Solactive MLP Composite Index

Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP 30 Index

ENLINK MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
The weight of ENLINK MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
Effective Date (open): 01/29/2019.

For 

Solactive MLP & Energy Infrastructure Index

ENLINK MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
The shares of ENLINK MIDSTREAM LLC will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
Effective Date (open): 01/29/2019.

For

Solactive High Income Infrastructure MLP Index

ENLINK MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
ENLINK MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be replaced by PHILLIPS 66 PARTNERS LP (PSXP.N / PSXP UN) in a weight-neutral transaction.
Effective Date (open): 01/29/2019.
